Check-In and Check Out:
Resident Campers (Overnight) - You will check-in between 11:00 - 1:00 at the assigned dorm, where the campers will be staying. When you arrive at the dorm, you will be greeted by camp staff, who will take you to the registration desk and help carry your belongings to your room. The campers will then have a brief orientation from the coaches and take a bus out to the golf course. Our staff will transport the golf clubs out to the golf facility and they will be waiting for the campers when they arrive. To check-out of camp on the last day, parents will pick up their campers at the golf facility following the camp tournament and lunch. After the awards ceremony, you will travel over to the dorm to load up your belongings and turn in your dorm key. Once the key is returned, you are officially checked-out.
Commuter (Day) - You will check-in and check-out at the Charlie Coe Center each day.

What to Bring: Each camper will need to bring golf attire for 3 days, tennis shoes or golf shoes, golf clubs, sheets, blanket, pillow, towels, toiletries, and sunscreen.

Housing: All campers will be staying at an assigned dormitory on the OU Campus.

Meals: You will be eating breakfast and dinner at Couch Cafeteria on the OU Campus.  Lunch will be catered at the golf course each day. On the final day, we will have lunch for the campers and parents at the golf course at the conclusion of the camp tournament.

Medical: Accident/Medical coverage for the camp will be provided on an excess of secondary basis. This means that all claims for medical expenses as a result of injuries incurred during camp MUST be sent to the injured child's parent for filing with their insurance carrier. The camp policy will pay for those expenses not paid for under the parent's coverage or if the parent does not have coverage, subject to exclusions. A doctor is on call, and hospital and student medical facilities are readily accessible. A physician statement form will be sent to you along with confirmation of your registration. The completed form MUST BE presented upon arrival at camp. Every effort will be made to protect the health and safety of our campers. The camp assumes no responsibility for accidents or illness.
